In case you weren't aware, social media has had a pretty time of late. Whilst Facebook STILL didn't quite give us the dislike button we've all be waiting for it still introduced a few emojis, Instagram added multiple accounts function to their app (read here) and last week, Twitter announced the installation of a searchable GIF function on all posts.
If you haven't had the update yet, GET DOWNLOADING. When composing a post you can now search GIFS in exactly the same way as you do on Facebook messenger and it has changed the blady game.
When you first hear about the update.
When you go to compose a GIF filled post and realise you haven't had the update yet.
When you get WIFI and your app starts updating automatically.
When you're waiting the agonising 30 seconds....
When you compose your first tweet with a carefully selected GIF.
When you add an ON POINT GIF to your tweet.
When somebody else adds an ON POINT GIF to their tweet. I commend you madam.
When you and your friends have the perfect GIF exchange.
When you're in public and there's a funny GIF but you don't want to laugh.
When someone tries to be witty with their GIF and fails.
When you try to be witty with your GIF and people love it.
When you try to be witty with your GIF and people don't get it.
When someone on your feed adds a GIF to EVERY tweet.
When someone accuses you of adding a GIF to EVERY tweet.
And finally, when you accept you ARE going to add a GIF to EVERY tweet.
Tweet on GIF fans.
